Mountain biking between the Causses (Quercy and Gramat) and the rivers (Dordogne, Lot and Célé).
Setting out to explore the Causse de Quercy is like opening the book of human history. In the Palaeolithic era, the caves in and around Rocamadour were already formidable shelters. The small town, built into the side of a cliff, is only one great stop along the trails that link the Dordogne valley. Further south, the Causse de Gramat, a veritable Karst gruyère: hollows, chasms and deep dolines give us the impression of being able to touch the heart of the Earth! The Lot is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful riverbeds in the south-west, meandering its way around some superb villages to create wild coves that we can access on our mountain bikes. In a nutshell: a great mountain bike destination with lots of history to discover!
